On the occasion of the League of Legends championship, characters from the most played video game in the world, were dressed by Louis Vuitton. The visuals were unveiled this week for the “Summoner’s Cup” and it’s quite a coup for LV.
League of Legends, a multiplayer online game created by Riot Games in 2009 where strategy and action bring together competitive spirit and a taste for fighting is an enormous success worldwide. In an incredible partnership with the French house, the made-to-measure trophy box was conceived and realised by LV. It combines traditional LV prints and high-tech elements inspired by the creative world of of the game. On top of this, artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière dressed two avatars: Qiyana (presented at the Final) and Senna (unveiled in February).
A capsule collection for women and digital content for players and fans will be unveiled in the coming months to accompany these events. The Accor Hotel Arena in Paris on November 10 for the best players on the planet will welcome the game’s World Championship.
