On the occasion of what would be Dior’s 70th anniversary, the fashion house presents a fascinating exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. An unmissable event for the aficionados of the Avenue Montaigne-based fashion house. Christian Dior, Designer of Dreams, remains on view until 7 January 2018, at 107 rue de Rivoli in Paris.

Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferre, John Galliano, Raf Simons, Maria Grazia Chiuri. Their common thread? Dior. These seven designers were all artistic directors of the Paris fashion house at some stage, created in 1947 by Christian Dior. Dior pays tribute to these emblematic figures by dedicating a major exhibition to them in the heart of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Named Christian Dior, Couturier du Rêve, the exhibition focuses on the influence of the designer on his contemporaries, with a selection of legendary garments designed by all of the talented artistic directors who have succeeded him at the head of the house for more than 70 years.
