“Gucci Visions”, staged in Florence, offers a 360 view of the House’s 102-year history, paying tribute to its signature designs, iconic emblems, and the talents of its Creative Directors and artisans over the years. By delving into Gucci’s heritage codes, the exhibition unveils the brand’s spirit of adventure, ingenuity, and unwavering dedication to Italian craftsmanship.
This exhibition marks a new chapter for Gucci Garden, situated in a 14th-century Florentine palazzo. It begins with an illustrated timeline that unfolds as visitors ascend the various flights of stairs, tracing the House’s history through key dates, events, and influential figures. Eight individual rooms on the first and second floors offer a glimpse into different facets of Gucci’s unique story.
From historic luggage pieces to custom-made red-carpet gowns, Metaverse projects to the Bamboo bag and other iconic emblems, archival pieces and immersive experiences are assembled in eight rooms to echo how the 360° virtuosity of the House’s imagination rebounds across time, articulating an ever-evolving and enduring vision.
